The pole side of the drone cleaning business.
Answer a few questions and get 3 Tucker systems matched to your work. If none of them are right, we will tell you.
Tucker product available through Drones on the Fly. Pure-water window and solar cleaning kits, from a $949 starter to full commercial rigs. Below, every kit tells you who it is for and who should walk past it.
We are not the cheap choice. We are the unavoidable one.
Start with the work, not the kit
Four questions decide everything. Answer these before you look at a single price tag.
1. What surfaces? Ground-level glass, storefronts, residential windows, solar panels: that is pole work. Tall facades, courtyards, hard-to-stage areas: that is drone work. Plenty of jobs want both.
2. How high? Water-fed poles reach past 70 feet, but above 40 feet the work gets real. If the height makes you start pricing a lift, that is the drone conversation.
3. What water do you have on site? Spigot on site: run an RO/DI cart. No spigot: you need mobile pure water. Hard water (over 100 ppm TDS): DI-only kits get expensive fast, and that is where RO earns its keep.
4. How much volume? A few jobs a month: DI tanks are fine. Windows all day: buy RO and stop buying resin.
Most working operators run both. The drone opens the commercial account. The pole handles the glass the drone cannot touch or is not worth flying for. Buy the system around the work.
Which kit fits your work
Residential route work, low TDS water: the ECO DI Starter or a DI Tank kit. Residential, all day every day: the ULTIMATE Residential or H2Pro Residential. Commercial glass contracts: the 5-Stage Max Output or the ULTIMATE Commercial. No spigot on site: the Fill N Go mobile systems. Solar arrays: the solar kits. Work above 40 feet where a lift does not pencil out: the high-reach pole kits. Drone operators adding pole work: the Drone Outlaws kits.
Entry and residential
ECO DI Starter Kit
from $949
Who it is for: you want to add water-fed windows to existing jobs, or find out if water-fed fits your business before spending real money. Works where your tap water reads 100 ppm TDS or less.
Not for you if: your water is hard (over 100 ppm) or you run windows full time. You will burn through resin and wish you had bought the RIVAL.
DI Tank Kit w/ Bravo
from $1,395
Who it is for: steady residential volume on soft water. A full cube of DI resin, around 1,600 gallons per resin change at 100 ppm, with the Bravo pole reaching 22 ft 6 in.
Not for you if: your water is hard and you have no RO in front of this. Resin costs will eat you alive.
HandyPure Tank Kit w/ Bravo
from $1,401
Who it is for: same job as the DI Tank kit, but you need the tank to live on the truck without giving up cart space. Smaller tank with a carry handle, about 800 gallons per change at 100 ppm.
Not for you if: you already have DI capacity on the rig. This is the portable version of the same system, not a different one.
RIVAL v2 Basic 4-Stage
from $2,740
Who it is for: the operator committing to water-fed as a real service line. Four stages, your choice of pole, enough flow to rinse fast in any water condition.
Not for you if: you clean windows twice a week as a side add-on. This is a workhorse, and it wants work.
ULTIMATE Rival Residential
$3,199
Who it is for: the operator running windows all day. RIVAL cart, hose reel, two poles, and every brush you will actually reach for.
Not for you if: you are still building the route. Build the volume first, then buy the cart.
Ultimate H2Pro Residential
from $3,674
Who it is for: same all-day residential work, with 3x the DI capacity and far longer filter life.
Not for you if: your tap water is soft and your volume is modest. You will not feel the savings.

Commercial
5-Stage Max Output Kit
from $6,944
Who it is for: crew rig for commercial glass contracts. 3+ gallons per minute feeding two or more operators, per Tucker.
Not for you if: you are a one-truck residential operator. This is a lot of machine to idle.
ULTIMATE Commercial 40 ft
from $10,000
Who it is for: mid-rise glass where a lift is overkill and a drone is the wrong tool. Max Output purification with main pole options out to 70 ft.
Not for you if: your commercial work is ground-floor storefronts. Do not pay for reach you will never use.

Mobile pure water
Single User Fill N Go
from $7,787
Who it is for: sites with no spigot, or operators who want to roll in self-contained. 50 gallons of pure water on the truck.
Not for you if: every site has a spigot. Buy purification, not storage.
Dual User Fill N Go
from $10,562
Who it is for: two operators, one tank. Built for commercial route days where both are brushing at once.
Not for you if: you work solo. Half the rig goes unused.
Pro Series Kit
from $14,957
Who it is for: a two to three person crew. Max Output purification plus mobile delivery, the whole thing in one system.
Not for you if: you are not running a crew yet. This is crew-sized money.

Solar
Solar Boost 27 ft Pole Kit
$986
Who it is for: the entry into solar work. A 27 ft pole with a brush built for panels, paired with the purification you already own.
Not for you if: you have no pure water source. A pole without pure water is just a pole.
Solar Panel Cleaning Kit w/ Rival-v2
$3,557
Who it is for: residential arrays. RIVAL purification plus the solar pole: a complete pure-water setup.
Not for you if: your solar work is commercial arrays. You will want the flow of the H2Pro.
H2Pro Solar Kit
$7,212
Who it is for: bigger arrays and commercial solar work. Higher flow for bigger jobs.
Not for you if: you do a handful of residential arrays a year. The RIVAL kit gets you in for half the money.
5-Stage Max Output Solar Kit
from $8,565
Who it is for: large commercial or utility-scale arrays. Maximum flow, per Tucker.
Not for you if: you have never sold a commercial solar job. Do not buy the biggest rig first.

65 ft
$2,729
Who it is for: serious height work on commercial buildings. HM-50 based, 46 ft plus 15 ft of extensions, collapses to 7 ft.
Not for you if: your crew has never brushed at this height. The pole is the easy part; the technique is the job.
70 ft
$3,044
Who it is for: the tallest work you can do with a pole before a drone makes more sense. HM-50 based, 46 ft plus 20 ft of extensions, collapses to 7 ft.
Not for you if: the job is above this. At some height the honest answer is the drone, and we will tell you that.

Warranty
Tucker states: pole sections and clamps are covered for manufacturer defects for life. Purification systems carry 2 years. Everything else carries 1 year. Filtration components are not warranted: RO membranes, DI resin, and filters are consumables. The manufacturer's written warranty controls the details, and warranty claims go straight to Tucker, online or at 303-663-1779. We put this on the record because surprises after the sale are the fastest way to lose trust.
After the sale: consumables on autopilot
We track your location and your system. When your filters are due, we reach out before you run out. For chemicals, we estimate your usage and put you on a subscription or automated outreach, so we are the first choice when you need more. You keep cleaning; the consumables take care of themselves.
You are not on your own after the sale
Two safety nets come with every system here. DroneWash training covers the method, so you are not learning water-fed on a customer's building. The Drone Outlaws community shares SOPs and straight answers, operators helping operators. That is the point of buying through a fellow operator instead of a shopping cart.
On pricing
Prices above are Tucker USA list prices and they change. We confirm current pricing when we quote your setup. Pole choice moves most kit prices, so treat the numbers above as starting points, not quotes.
